I had my Lagoon 450 for several years now, during which we’ve taken her to several boatyards across many states and countries. They recently got new owners and I figured I’d price them out and give the company a try. Used them for three big projects so far, and could not be happier. Got yearlies and running gear work done on a 64ft motor yacht and on a 95ft motor yacht, and some customizations on a 41ft center console. This review is probably overdue. I've been bringing my clients yachts here for years, and they never disappoint! No job is to big or to small. The Technicians, crew and office staff are always helpful and professional. And they do a great job! The owner Ralph is a wealth of knowledge and an asset to my tool box! Thanks Everyone!
Working with Yacht Management Group in Dania Beach has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a marine service company. The owner, Chris Paradise, is extremely difficult to deal with—rude, abrasive, and unprofessional from start to finish. They damaged parts on our yacht entirely due to their own mistakes, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to hide the damage. New ownership isn't always a good thing. I worked with Craig for 9 years and had an excellent experience every time. Unfortunately, new ownership, specifically Ralph Hall, does not embody the same level of professionalism. I've reached out 3 times, including my first meeting with Ralph in his office, and have not received one estimate from them.
