New ownership isn't always a good thing. I worked with Craig for 9 years and had an excellent experience every time. Unfortunately, new ownership, specifically Ralph Hall, does not embody the same level of professionalism. I've reached out 3 times, including my first meeting with Ralph in his office, and have not received one estimate from them. Chris and Ralph at Yacht Management Group were fantastic to work with. They stuck to their quote, they stuck to their schedule, and their crew did a phenomenal job getting us taken care of. We can’t recommend these guys enough for anything you need done below the waterline.
I recently bought a yacht tender from Craig at Yacht Management Group and had a great experience. During the test drive, some unforeseen issues came up, and we worked out a handshake deal where I would handle the repairs elsewhere. Craig stood by his word 100% — he was honest, professional, and fair throughout the entire process. It’s rare these days to find a business owner who operates with such integrity. Highly recommend Craig and Yacht Management to anyone looking for honest, reliable service in the yachting world!

If I could rate this establishment more stars than this I would. What amazing staff they have. From coming into the office and always being greeted by Allison and Brittney ( and little Mia too) to the guys outside getting things done in such a timely manner. The personal attention you get is like non other. Craig and his are amazing!!
