If you want inexperienced kids who need to take pictures and go back to the office for someone to tell them how to fix your issue (and charge premium rates for their slow work), technicians who don't show up and when you complain, a manager that tells you to slow your roll and calls you rude; no doubt you will be delighted with this bunch.

What an absolute hack job. I requested an ESTIMATE to replace my gas engine with a small diesel and Oscar/team completely removed my engine without my authorization. They cut the 4 engine mounts in half, making them unusable, cut hoses and wiring...I never asked for this...simply an estimate. What a worthless organization...told me to pick up my engine.
