What a company in regards to repairs prices and lack of communication. They are arrogant and will not discuss any possible options for repairs. it goes against all business ethics.

Everyone I have dealt with is fantastic. I feel like I am the kind of guy that makes shops like this unprofitable so I at least go out of my way to trade with them at every chance I get. I am learning to work on my yanmar and I have spent countless hours on the phone talking through diagrams with employees to get the right parts.
