Little to no help from their parts and service department to identify what parts that my "older" yacht club trailer takes. Hopefully the quality doesn't match the service.
I recently purchased a yacht club trailer. I was not only very impressed with the quality of the build and styling. I was completely blown away with the customer support. I needed some documentation to help in getting the trailer registered in my state. I called customer service and Cheryl May answered. She made me feel as though I was her number one priority to solve the paperwork requirements. She had the answers I needed and promptly provided the required documentation.
