Mike was awesome, and so was the service. He was very knowledgeable about helping rv owners understand proper holding tank maintenance.
I booked my appointment 2 weeks out and they cancelled on me 1 hour before my appointment due to truck trouble. Just so happened to be the Friday before a holiday and they weren’t able to come the next day since they’re out of town. Very unprofessional and put me in a very bad spot cancelling on me last minute! Can not recommend at all, if I could, I’d give zero stars

Wow! My travel trailer really needed Mike Cox's "POO" service! I purchased my travel trailer from a less than-honest dealer, who claimed the RV had been "fully detailed" and "winterized"...turns out that both the RV and that dealer were full of SH!T! It is now thoroughly cleaned out and smells 100% better, thanks to Mike's cleaning process.
