It has helped tremendously. Great teacher and therapeutic. I could barley move around before but now I have more range of motivation and less pain. This has helped me physically and mentally. The medical massage, yoga and pranayama has given me more movement and has helped with my headaches and overall back and neck pain. They are kind and caring when they come to your home. When I first came to Yaahi Holistic therapy I was in terrible shape. My neck , shoulder and hip were competing for which one hurt the most. Now I feel much better and am in no pain. At this point I am in zero pain. I highly recommend that if you have chronic pain you must try this service.
