I love this place. I come every year. I enjoy taking my son hand picking cherries and fresh lavender. The owner is wonderful, she’s a joy to talk to.
We had our wedding over memorial day weekend at Ya Ya and it was absolutely the wedding of my dreams. We got so many compliments about how unique and beautiful the farm was. We toured a few venues but they all felt generic. Ya Ya felt special. Our out of town guests were really in awe of the beauty and charm of Colorado. Sharon, the owner, was excellent to work with. For $25 your ticket buys you barbecue right off the smoker with all the fixins, apples and apple cider donuts all while you enjoy a nationally known blue grass band based in Lyons not to mention the hayrides and time on the farm and orchard ... that's a lot for your money. I wish you would have spoken to me at the event about your concern not getting enough food as there was more then enough - I would have been more then happy to have taken care of that for you! I called to make reservations for a group of 7 special needs kids. I was told no reservation was needed. When we arrived we went into the store as a courtesy to let them know we were there. The woman was EXTREMELY RUDE! She said they have a minimum of 25 for a reservation but if I wanted to pay for 25 kids she would go ahead and give a tour. I told her we didn't want a tour, we had been there before and just walked around with the kids. Her attitude and demeanor for a business owner is by far THE worst I've ever been subject... read more
Horrible customer service! I called to gather information about using their farm as a wedding venue and have never been treated so poorly on the phone! I was on the phone for a total of 5 minutes and was told repeatedly that they did not have time for me. I will never do business with a company that treats their customers like that!!
