I took my bike in once because I lived in the neighborhood, and was pleasantly surprised. They've fixed my bike a couple of times now, most recently a broken spoke which they repaired in a day. Very efficient, nice guys, low drama. Would recommend.
They sold me a single speed bike (cheap damco) bike with rear brakes that didnt spring back. You guys need to do better quality assurance on those damco single speeds. How many others are out there with an over tightened rear brake calliper. After inspecting the bike I identified the issue. The rear calliper brake had two pivot bolts, one which was overtightened preventing the calliper brake from springing back and preventing its proper function. Do better
