I am VERY pleased with Ya Bikes. Met with Liam when I walked in the door and he's the person who fixed my bike (new tube, couldn't figure out what happened with the old one but, oh well). Very professional, really nice young man and I don't care that I had to pay cash (I always carry cash). SO HAPPY. the repair was done in just over one hour
John was extremely helpful in assessing a serious problem I had with a carbon fibre frame and didn’t even charge me for it. Straight forward and most excellent service.
I went in today thinking I needed to replace one of my wheels and they ended up just pupping them with air for free, the team was super nice and helpful. Thank you so much! That saved me.
