Extremely disappointed and upset with this place. About a month ago, we went in for a consultation, and the stylist told my son to come back in a month once his hair had grown a bit more. We followed their advice and returned a month later, trusting that they knew what they were doing. At no point during the second visit did they say his hair was still too short. Son went for a perm, showed a few pics and even a video of what he wanted. They said yes of course we can do that. His hair looked nothing like what he wanted, plus they missed a bunch of hairs on the top of his head that arent even permed. They did the smallest rods when the pics he showed them were bigger curls. He went in a month prior and she said to let it grow one more month.
