The owner is highly unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to clients. She will communicate one thing and change said policy based on how she perceives or feels about the client. Owner also speaks negatively about clients who inquire or question her inconsistent business policies. The event space is poorly kept and rental fees are overpriced for the quality of the building. Yumonica is an absolute nightmare to work with and you should avoid utilizing her services at all costs.

Its not worth the price. There was no privacy during my event. We were rushed to come to the building like we were on her time instead of mines. Keep in mind I already paid her beforehand. The owner and an unknown man kept walking in and out. We had to unfold and set up tables and chairs. We were only given half of the building without notice.
