Excellent service and support! I was installing a new ABS module in my 2013 Audi A3 8P using VCDS/Ross-Tech, and the car was extremely stubborn. The module had no issue accepting the long code but had issues in the basic settings and calibrations kept failing. Their engineer remotely connected to my system, spent hours troubleshooting, sent me an additional tool when needed, and patiently guided me through every step of the process.
