My son booked this company last week to have our carpets cleaned. They called me the night before the scheduled time to tell me they service tech would not be showing. When I asked why, they told me the tech doesn’t service my area. I asked if I could reschedule for when he is in the area and they told me they don’t service my area at all. Why would they not service an area the business is in! They’re located in Massapequa and I live in Massapequa.

Y & T & C Cleaners arrived promptly and made careful preparations to clean the carpets. They promised to do their best which they certainly did, working very hard. I just couldn't believe the final result which was almost like new carpet. I have no need to replace it now. I highly recommend Y & T & C Cleaners!
