As a two-year resident, I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff named Suzi. Although I approached her politely and remained friendly throughout, she was extremely impatient, shaking her head and sighing the entire time. Ultimately, she failed to resolve my issue. Fortunately, another kind and professional staff member stepped in, patiently identified the root cause, and successfully fixed everything. Management seriously needs to retrain Suzi on customer service.
The overall environment feels somewhat oppressive and dark, with limited public areas. The reception is often unattended, leading to long waits. It is recommended to install a bell inhere
