As a two-year resident, I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff named Suzi. Although I approached her politely and remained friendly throughout, she was extremely impatient, shaking her head and sighing the entire time. Ultimately, she failed to resolve my issue. Fortunately, another kind and professional staff member stepped in, patiently identified the root cause, and successfully fixed everything. Management seriously needs to retrain Suzi on customer service.

I had a very poor and frustrating experience with the management of this student accommodation. Before moving out, I approached reception to clarify whether the cleaning fee was actually compulsory, as my room was left in excellent condition.
