The Technicians do great work and their plans are so adorable!
I was told by other companies that I needed to replace my condenser and evaporator do to a leak in my a/c system. So I called Y & R Home Repair Services, because there was no guess work on price I saw it all on their website, I spoke to Yousef and asked about getting a new unit. After hearing me and listening to all my story, He explained to me that I might not need a new unit to let him schedule and appointment to come out and assess what I really need to get cooling. Yousef came and rebuilt 3 of my package unit furnaces, he then replaced 2 of my condenser fan motors, and installed a new package unit and a new split system with ducting and bundled all of the repairs with the new install for $20,657.93 and he finished everything in about 5 business days and in time for the event for my clients. I would recommend anyone to use Y & R home repair services for any a/c, heating or electrical work they need whether commercial or your house.
