They came in on time did the job quickly and clean everything. I am so satisfied with their professionalism
Very unprofessional. Before today I had never heard of this company. Freddy messaged me out of nowhere asking to come do estimates near bain dr. I told him that I had zero clue how he got his information or my number but I did not know anyone that lived near bain dr. He then messages back telling me that he got my number from public records that were tied to a house on bain dr. And then continues trying to get me to agree to him going out to bain dr for a free estimate.
Y Professional Tree Services removed 5 trees and trimmed one large tree for us. The project went very well. All work was completed on time and with in budget. We will use them again in the future for all of our tree services. Highly recommend them for all tre services
*UPDATE: they damaged our AC system when they crushed the coils- 0 refrigerant, damaged our sprinkler system, and dented our awning. Worst tree company to use. Stay away from this fraudulent company* I hired Y Tree Service to remove several trees from my property, and while the tree removal itself was completed, the experience afterward has been incredibly frustrating.
