After years of dealing with my stomach condition I got in touch with Marta. She started me on a plant base diet. After following the diet I started feeling better and now my condition is well controlled and I am off my stomach medications .I feel healthy and energetic . Marta is very knowledgeable and compassionate. I feel fortunate to be working with her, She is the best!

I was referred to Marta by my doctor when I casually mentioned I had gained some weight. In the past I had tried many different diets. I would always have some success but end up gaining the weight back and usually even more. I sought out Marta's nutrition services specifically for advice on vegan lifestyles. Working with Ynut and Marta had been wonderful. She explains things in easy to understand terminology even for someone who barely cooks.
