Absolutely amazing service! This team is not only fast and efficient, but they truly care about their clients. I love how personalized the experience is. They text and call whenever needed, and their response time is incredibly quick. It makes such a difference when you feel supported every step of the way. My order wasn't fulfilled until 3-4mo after they took my money. They didn't provide me with an update, until I had to reach out to them. Also they added an extra logo to my swag order that I didn't approve. Lastly, some orders I received were incorrect. For example, a package size XS had contents of a size S item. It's impossible for me to look into every piece I ordered. I would definitely not recommend this firm to anyone, and would steer far away from them. The customer service is horrible. I called to find out why my order had been sitting for a week with a UPS label but was never turned over to be shipped. The representative refused to discuss it with me on the phone. I do not believe this company is set up to handle large orders.

Y-Not Design & Mfg. is what I consider a one-stop shop for promotional giveaways. They customize products and always deliver them on time for us at AAJ Technologies. Also, love their quality and see a long term relationship with them. Will refer them to all my friends.
