The customer service is horrible. I called to find out why my order had been sitting for a week with a UPS label but was never turned over to be shipped. The representative refused to discuss it with me on the phone. I do not believe this company is set up to handle large orders.
Y-Not Design & Mfg. is what I consider a one-stop shop for promotional giveaways. They customize products and always deliver them on time for us at AAJ Technologies. Also, love their quality and see a long term relationship with them. Will refer them to all my friends.
