I've been working with this lab for over 3 years now. From single unit crowns to challenging anterior single unit implant cases they have been wonderful to work with. They have excellent ceramists in their premium and prestige line. They do the kind of work that you'll be proud to showcase - their work looks like teeth, not crowns. I work at a dental office and we started sending cases to YM lab. They are impossible to reach to request pick up or ask about case status. No one answers the phone and we always have to leave a voicemail. Their customer service sucks. Every front staff I spoke with are extremely rude (especially Rachel) and unhelpful. We had to send 50% of our cases back because they don't fit. We've been using one lab for 4 years now and never had issues with them.
