Poor service, had appointment for Saturday, they called me and asked did I want to get it done on Friday. Replied yes. Tech came out and seemed frustrated with the the job , told me he couldn’t finish on Friday and would come back Saturday afternoon. Saturday he never came, I called no answer, Monday came still no answer or reply after calling. If I could leave a zero star I would

Put my front window on, but broke my door handle on accident … called the office and the administrative lady was very prompt , attentive and caring . Got my door handle issue fixed within minutes thanks to her!! Great customer service thanks to her .
Emeliano came during the time-window arranged. Was careful with our car and our property. He quickly replaced our back window on our Chrysler minivan. Everything worked as it should. He even cleaned up the area around the car with a shop vac. We recommend him.
I had my car windshield replaced around three months ago from this place. I recently noticed that my windshield is damaged. When I called in regards to a warranty, the lady who runs the business told me it was for only manufactural warranty(meaning the fault of the manufactural). Than the owner proceeded to quote me the same price I paid last time for it to be replaced. (how nice). I asked if she did a patch job for the glass since it's tiny.
