My go to place every year for the last 8 years.
We rented a home in Rockport, Texas for a vacation in June 2021. It was absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a property manager. The property was beautiful but upon arrival the yard was not mowed, the pool was dirty, the house was dirty, the towel rack in downstairs bathroom fell to the floor when I tried to hang my towel. No curtains or blinds downstairs. I specifically asked if there were window treatments throughout the house in an email. I have rented from Y Knot Getaway several times, and have had family members stay at properties when they come to town too. Always quality places and top quality service! 5 out of 5, highly recommend. Not sure what the other two bad reviews had happen to them... (that are clearly from the same event, or a husband and wife each posted a separate eview.) But I've never had an experience like that.
