WATCH OUT. BAIT AND SWITCH. Worst management company we have ever dealt with. We were forced to pay $500 more out of fear they would cancel our reservation. When we booked the house, the website did NOT state that there would be extra charge for more than 6 occupants at the time of our booking. We would have NEVER booked the home if we would have known. If you are interested in using their services, ask these questions, What fees are deducted from the owners payout and why is my nightly rate locked for me even when the property is being made available for rental on Air BnB and VRBO for much higher rates? If I pay you to hire the home photographer, do I own the photos and can I use them in the future? Can I have a receipt from 3rd party vendors you are paying on my behalf? Are my profits reduced by any additional costs ... read more
