I would rate a zero if a zero was available. I received shoddy work and the curtains installed don't match. I ordered and paid for new material and second hand material was installed. Pvc pipe installed at the bottom of each curtain warped and I had to replace myself with top rail fencing. The extra wide curtains bow in the middle due to the weight of the curtains which needed an additional string block which was never installed. We have always had good service and nice people to deal with here. Great awning and had for 10 years so far. No problem getting it put back up after storms.
The owner answered the phone with just a hello No business name and was VERY RUDE during our conversation!
