Good Equipment Variety, good Variety of memberships and prices.
Amazing place to work out. Clean, all the machines are easy to use but there is also someone here to help you. I am 65 my husband is 74 and we go 3 days a week. Scott is also getting things set up to take silver sneakers and the one with United healthcare. So come on down.

As a recently retired 70+ y/o physician, I have been working out at YiCompete in Bonifay for the past year. This gym is safe, well managed and well maintained. Scott and John are very supportive and encourage proper form and function to gain strength while avoiding injury. The clientele is friendly and supportive. My increase muscle mass with simultaneous fat loss has been well documented with a recent DEXA body composition scan. I look forward to continued progress this coming year.
