I’ve been a member of the YMCA on Old Forest Road in Lynchburg for a while now, and I can confidently say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and overall well-being. Mitch is the best staff I have known in that facility, he is like a shining star, He is very attentive and engaging with all members. He is eager to help with a kind smile when you ask him. He is great.
