For the first time in my life, I look forward to going to the gym! The Old Forest YMCA is a hidden gem, truly! I wish I would’ve joined 3 years ago when we moved to Lynchburg. All of the staff are so friendly and genuinely seem to care (special shoutout to OP, Caleb, Chris, and the entire Child Watch staff)! Facility is always clean, and staff is always happy to answer any questions you may have. My overall well-being has improved significantly since I joined 7 months ago. I’m so happy, thank you Old Forest YMCA!

I’ve been a member of the YMCA on Old Forest Road in Lynchburg for a while now, and I can confidently say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and overall well-being.
