We got a late start on a Friday afternoon and NONE of the other canoe liveries in the area would put us in the water except these guys. They were super friendly and accommodating. They didn't give us a time limit, just said to get back before dark. They had us drop our car off where we pulled the canoe out and it couldn't have been any easier. We had an amazing time. Beautiful river!! Thank you!!
Once on the water it is a great experience! The canoes were great albeit dated but kept us dry and easy to maneuver. Pulling up to the rental building and the bus ride to the launch point was a bit sketchy but the business was ran by honest, hard working people.
Arrived early for our float trip and it was closed. We had reserved 1 raft for our group. Tried calling a few times with no answer. Eventually answered and we’re told they’re on their way with our raft and to go down to a spot and wait. I can’t remember exactly how long we waited, but at least an hour. Our raft slowly filled with water as we were floating. At least we had beer and our friends to get through it.
Do NOT recommend. Drove over a hour to get there. Place was trashed. Was afraid to get a nail in the tire. The parking for the rental was in a public park. No room to ever park. Drove a hour for nothing.
Went on float yesterday humble down to earth people best prices around don't let it discourage you on where they are located in my many years of floating they are the cheapest around and they go above and beyond to make it the best Experience. Its a family owned place and they do what they can to make your experience best possible only regret of trip was not giving them more money and signing my name on the bus DEFINITELY found my spot for future floats and rentals really recommend giving them your business over any other b... read more
