Bought their mobile xray unit less than a year ago and while one of our assistants tried to take an xray on a patient, the WHOLE thing tipped and fell over! Good thing no one was hurt. I am in the process of trying to get it fixed, but apparently, it is not covered under the warranty because the xray unit was installed incorrectly. When I purchased this unit from this company, they did not send over a technician to install it and instead charged me an extra $210 for a server transfer that was NEVER completed.
