I had a truly great experience with Sheila at the storage facility. She was both adorable and very professional. She guided me step by step, explained everything clearly, and showed incredible patience as I was there with my children. Her kindness and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for storage services!

Sheila was an amazing CSR! Loved talking to her and she went through every single thing with us from start to finish - LITERALLY The space itself is very neat - over never seen anything like this! Prices are also worth it! I’m rec commending to my friends for sure!

The perfect place with an amazing team! I visited the units and was helped by Sheila and Natalie, who were both wonderful. They patiently showed me several options, offered great advice and guidance, and kindly answered all my many questions. They have different unit sizes, which is perfect for small businesses like mine to store items, and they even receive shipments on your behalf. I highly recommend XYZ Storage, the Dundas location also has great offers!
