I had a truly great experience with Sheila at the storage facility. She was both adorable and very professional. She guided me step by step, explained everything clearly, and showed incredible patience as I was there with my children. Melissa, Sheila, Zubin, and the other staff at XYZ were incredible to deal with. They all went the extra mile to help me through the reservation, signup and payment process. They pointed out the best value and the best discount for me. They helped me download the access app and walked me though the access procedures. I had an amazing experience at the new Dundas West location. Melissa Davidson was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She walked me through all of the potential scenarios that could suit my needs and made it very easy to make a decision. Her service was top notch and so it this brand new facility. Excited to move in!
