Paul was very sweet and helped me get to my locker with no issues! Very humble young man! Melissa made my locker transition very smooth and was also so sweet and patient! No wonder this location has such great reviews! These 2 make it very welcoming and warm! Highly recommend for their A+ service! Thank you both so much 🙏☺️
I had a truly great experience with Sheila at the storage facility. She was both adorable and very professional. She guided me step by step, explained everything clearly, and showed incredible patience as I was there with my children. Her kindness and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for storage services!
Absolutely outstanding service. This storage facility is always spotless, well-organized, and has a great atmosphere. Phone access makes everything super convenient, and the parking is truly spacious. There’s always free coffee and a team that really goes above and beyond. Shila is a total rockstar — attentive, professional, and always on point. They make you feel welcomed and well taken care of every single time. Highly recommended 100%. More than five stars. A top-tier, hard-to-find service.
Came in last week Friday to get a new storage unit. Wait time was a little longer than expected, that being said Melissa and Paul were great and made the setup process pleasant. You could tell they cared and were not trying to get us an unnecessary large unit at an unreasonable cost. I appreciate the care they put in and highly recommend them.
Sheila was an amazing CSR! Loved talking to her and she went through every single thing with us from start to finish - LITERALLY The space itself is very neat - over never seen anything like this! Prices are also worth it! I’m rec commending to my friends for sure!
