I had a really great experience working with Luvie Herrera. We are a small family — my son and I — and we were looking for our first apartment right after arriving in LA. Thanks to Luvie I had a very smooth experience renting an apartment within a few days from my initial inquiry to signing the lease and getting the keys. She was accommodating working with me remotely which I appreciated, and the XYZ portal has made all the paperwork very easy. So far they’ve been very responsive to any requests I’ve had as things have come up at the apartment.
Wonderful leasing experience. Luvie is so helpful and kind. Highly recommend!!
