Great apartment complex, property manager Luvie has been great and requests responded to promptly.
Luvie was the associate property manager who helped show me the apartment, brought me my keys on move in day, and coordinated a few fixes after I moved in that I hadn’t been aware of beforehand. She was responsive throughout the process and worked with me to make sure I had what I needed to get settled. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated her support.
XYZ Rentals super professional & quick to respond about maintenance issues. Clean apartments. I would definitely rental a place from them again
Rented from this mgmt company 2 times and both properties were wonderful, management was very accommodating and compassionate to a lot of my needs, which is more than most management owners landlords in Los Angeles…moving to the east coast but I’ll be back
