I was ordering from a corporate account, you would THINK that they’d have the common courtesy to CALL THE CUSTOMER if NO CARS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE PICK UP. LITERALLY all 11 of my coworkers didn’t get picked up either due to poor quality of customer service. I ended up taking the MTA, got to my CONFERENCE LATE due to their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
