Purchased Taotronics Mess Router a couple of years ago. While the routers work pretty well, the are tied to the TT Router APP for configuration. This APP has been off-line (according to FB Posts) since 2022 off and on. If you can change the Network setup without that APP and the APP doesn't work, that's problematic and definitely not a recommendation to buy their products. Unacceptable support in todays digital world.

Everyone should avoid SunValleyTek. On their ravpower site (promoted by Google) they ran a Halloween sale, accepted my order and collected payment for it. Then they raised the item's price, reneged on my (older) order writing it's out of stock, while the site continued to report sales of the same item at the higher price, while repeatedly asking me to select different substitute items from unrelated categories without even offering to refund. I'd recommend paying a little extra elsewhere for a real product that comes with a real warranty! I purchased a $300+ Taotronics ice maker. It worked well for a little while, but then started making weird noises, leaking water, and even ejecting metal shards into the ice bin. I have waited over 6 weeks to receive a new fan blade I ordered after the fan fall off the wall and never received it. I finally received my money back and now I will throw the fan away and order a new one from anyone else but never again from Sunvalleytek! I OVERSEAS COMPANY!!!!

Any review above 1 star is fake. Look at their F rating and complaints on BBB. These criminals do not honour warranty and will give the most ridiculous excuses to avoid replacing faulty products. I've had two products that failed within a couple of months. This company should be shut down.
