I started at XYMOGYM with their strength and conditioning classes, and the quality of the training stood out right away. The classes are also a lot of fun. I love this gym In addition to it being a beautiful facility- Mat Pilates with Emily was very enjoyable. It is my second time attending her class. She is really good about checking in with everyone during class and is willing to make modifications as needed. I definitely recommend coming here :)
