Xymogym is a wonderful place with a very warm and welcoming staff. The gym offers all the amenities you could need, a great variety of services, and a clean, spacious, and motivating atmosphere. I always enjoy my time there and truly appreciate how comfortable and positive the environment feels. Highly recommend!
I was in Orlando for 2 week course and found this gym via a Google search. What a great place! They offer a single day and 7-day pass if you are not in town for a longer visit. The facilities were clean and had a wide variety of equipment. I especially loved using the sauna after my workouts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish a facility like this was near my home. If I am in town again I will absolutely be returning!
I started at XYMOGYM with their strength and conditioning classes, and the quality of the training stood out right away. The classes are also a lot of fun. In the new year, I really wanted to focus on my form and build confidence on the weight floor.
