Massage consisted of the masseuse mostly just pressing and holding random pressure points and cut the treatment time short. The towel they had provided was frayed and looked quite old, which all in all had me disappointed for the price of the services. However, the customer service was great, and pool facilities were decent. I would only recommend an appointment if you want to take a very expensive swim, but I did not leave the appointment feeling well taken care of during the treatment itself.
Absolutely phenomenal service at Xylia Natural Spa in Vancouver. From start to finish, everything was professional, attentive, and thoughtfully done. My wife had the 105-minute facial with Linda, and I had the full body hot stone massage with Min Woo — both were outstanding practitioners and made the experience truly memorable. So disappointed! I’ve had hundreds of professional massages over the years from RMTs and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. There was almost no actual massage movement just prolonged, static elbow pressure held on certain spots of my back for uncomfortably long periods. When I politely asked if she could switch to using her hands for some variety and proper technique, she replied that hands wouldn’t allow for “hard pressure” or going “deeper,” and I so I said “its fine” but nothing changed… she seemed so laz... read more
Had an amazing pedicure, very relaxing-I could’ve fallen asleep! The massage portion with the rocks was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience while we were staying at the hotel!
