I have a farm in Lawrence County and have used Xylem for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with their service and pricing. This past service call was a routine replacement of 3 parts. But when I received the bill.....SHOCK! $60.37 of parts turned into $2,124.65 bill. They now charge $5.25 per mile and an "assessment" fee of $525.00....whatever that is????
