Very helpful staff and techs! Explained exactly what would happen when they would arrive, how much to expect to pay, and their full process. They also got the clog unstick where two other companies had not. Highly recommend.
Kyle and Eduardo from XYG Plumbing have been fantastic. I have had some major leaks in my condo unit from the unit above which have been fixed. In addition. I also had a clogged sink in the kitchen and was able to get a same day appointment. The invoide has an excellent and detailed discription of the work done for future reference. Worst customer service anyone can ever imagine. The lady that works there name Katie very disrespectful and the guy that works there. His name is Vic. Shouldn’t be in the position he’s in.
