Wish I could do 0 stars. The first massage with Luna was great and I highly recommend her if you come, but this time I had Mary which was the worst massage I’ve experienced yet. Typically I hate to write negative reviews but this was a waste of money. Usually I love massages because I sleep during them as I prefer medium pressure that helps me relax and I enjoy resting. I booked a 90-minute massage for $70 and told the therapist I had pain in my neck and hip. After the full 90 minutes, I paid the $70 and tipped her $20 (almost a 30 % tip). She then told me that because she had focused extra on my neck and shoulders, $20 was “too little” and asked me to tip more. That request made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I left feeling disappointed and would not recommend this place to others because staff should never pressure clients for additional tips.
