I've been to a lot of therapists in my life. Some have been helpful, some I've fired. Alex Warnow is, without a doubt, the best and most effective one I have ever worked with. He is insightful, probing when he needs to be, and unlike some others I've seen, doesn't try to push his own agenda or his own ideas of how we should be.
