I turned in my stepfather’s Army uniform in preparation for his burial. They did an excellent job and took great care of his dress uniform, with military creases and everything. The service was great also Xxpress had it done next day although we turned in late. We were very pleased. Thank you so much.

I had an excellent experience at Xxpress Cleaners. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service. My coat was cleaned beautifully, and the zipper was fixed with great care and precision. As a teacher, I needed this repair done well and on time, and they exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to quality. I highly recommend this place.

I brought my significant other’s garments here to be pressed for a formal event, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their service was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. The lady behind the counter was very rude and unprofessional because I asked why the music was so loud and she said to the owner that I had a bad attitude. He came over and said, "I should take my business elsewhere." I ended up apologizing and he ran up my order and shortened me $3.00. I called him when I got home and realized I was shortened. He said, "I should have counted before I left." He refused to give me back my $3.00. I don't recommend this business and I will never go back!!

My first and last time patronizing this cleaners. I made a simple request for an additional bag to be added from the bottom up for my pickup due to the length of my garments and rainy weather conditions. While the order was stapled at the bottom, my request for added protection was met with blatant rudeness, dismissiveness, and rigidity from management. What should have been a straightforward customer accommodation was instead handled with unnecessary resistance and poor service. I was fully prepared to bring more business h... read more
