I saw Dr. Phan for ongoing thyroid issues related to Hashimoto’s, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite my TSH being elevated (over 6) and me clearly communicating worsening symptoms like fatigue and brain fog, the doctor refused to adjust my medication. I politely asked if we could consider a small dosage change and recheck labs — but was told my T4 was “normal” and that raising the dose could be dangerous. This response felt generic and dismissive. Very sad services
Completely dismissive and had a harsh demeanor the entire visit. She asked me if I was coming from work, and I said yes and that I had to go back afterwards. Upon hearing that, she became extremely cold and rushed the exam.
Very caring and professional. I am always confident of her attention to my medical needs.
