She is the best!!! She has been taking care of me since I have a problem and I love her
Thorough, caring
My provider was over an hour late to my appointment. I was belittled, I also was not instructed on what was happening during the exam and was taken off guard on what was happening since I was not informed. I think it’s extremely inconsiderate of the provider to not even show up to the building until over an hour after I was instructed to be in the building, offered no apology, and belittled me throughout the appointment. I no longer want to be seen by this provider and will be filing an official complaint.
I was a patient of Dr Ramos who is a hard act to follow because I adored her but Dr Zhou is very nice and knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
I had a good outcome, fortunately. Dr Zhou’s office is very well run. Questions always answered promptly on My Chart with compassion. I never felt rushed and Dr was happy to answer any questions.
