I work there. It is not Xtreme Carwash anymore. New name TRIPLE SHINE CARWASH. Please read directions before using. Pick your wash then pay. Press wash button before you pay. Then when prompted proceed slowly. When the vacuum says it charged you 10 dollars, it is not a charge it is hold for ten dollars. You get $7 credited back to your account.

The price for the vacuums is shown as $3 on the machine. I paid with card and got a $10 charge. There's no number on the machine or anything on how to get a refund.
Worst car wash experience I have ever had. My car did not get clean at all and my tire was punctured in the car wash causing it to go completely flat. I called the owner and he said “well, it’s not my fault” and after he continued to argue over unknown hypotheticals and repeating that it’s not his fault, my daughters and I changed my tire in his parking lot.
