I walked in genuinely intending to buy since they claim prices cheap. But the guy behind the counter didn’t even bother to greet me. I looked around, and still, he made no effort to guide, assist, or even acknowledge me. The whole vibe felt off and a bit dodgy, so I walked out. Honestly, I’d rather pay a little more elsewhere than go back there. They seriously need to work on their customer service.
Been a week and still haven’t shipped. Not very good in replying to emails in a hurry either .
Ordered an item through amazon and they never sent it. Will steer clear from this from now on.
Avoid this seller at all costs. I placed an order on 23/07/25 (Order Ref: KMTBVUZHU) and have had a terrible experience. They offered the supplements at a slightly cheaper price than other suppliers, but it’s not worth the hassle. There were long delays in dispatch, and every time I called to follow up, I was given false information — including being told the order had already been shipped, which was untrue. Terrible customer service. Received two tubs of body effects. Both tubs have an overpowering chemical taste and are completely unusable. The manufacturer, Power Performance, have been much more helpful despite being based in the US & has stated this issue due to improper storage of the product. Xtreme Warehouse is taking zero accountability for this. They have stated that they currently have over 120 tubs of the same batch in their warehouse, which may have been sitting in their warehouse for two and half years as there have... read more
