UPDATE: After leaving my initial review, the salesman (Eric) contacted me to let me know that they would accept the offer we had put in on a Dodge Journey they had available. The transmission was supposed to be checked prior to sale, as well as a few other smaller details. They failed to do this— saying they just did not have time and that the salesman himself “did not feel anything wrong with it”. Stupidly, we proceeded with the deal. Not two weeks later the car broke down— complete engine failure. $2500 later we were up an... read more
