Great customer service and quick! I initially said I wanted 5% ceramic on my 2019 Tundra and went to sit down to start working. After about 5 mins I changed my mind and wanted 15% all around since 5% was just going to be too dark for my big truck. When I went to ask to make the change the guy said he had already started to have the film cut. I felt bad and offered to pay for my mistake which was an additional $100.
