I usually love Xtrene tan. Tonight’s experience was awful whoever was working the front desk was rude and not accommodating what so ever. As a paying member too.

Addy at the front desk was amazing with helping my girlfriend pick out lotions and the right tan I definitely recommend coming here

I haven’t gotten a spray tan in years and returned here after 5 years hoping to get a great spray tan before my birthday pool party. The girl at the desk was short with me and dismissed my questions. Just didn’t care to help honestly. Then I came home and the bottoms of my feet are BROWN. Dark brown spray tan solution. She clearly didn't wipe down the base of the spa and honestly if she would’ve warned me beforehand I would’ve done it myself. So now I’ll have dark brown soles for my 25th pool party. Very unclear about where you can use services you have paid for (they have more than one location). I bought airbrush 5 tans at once at the Watson Woods location and was told o could redeem at both locations but when I went to redeem at the other location, was told this was not the case. Would not have purchased if I knew this.
