This company returned twice to attempt to complete our “rough grade” which in and of itself is not uncommon. However, the current condition of our lot prior to attempting to get final grade is abhorrent! This was not our first rodeo for a new infill lot and sadly this company does not measure up. Regardless of other reviews this service was substandard with large pieces of cement and other building debris left on our lot as well as huge shrubs and their root systems. Please view our photos! Owner was not professional and was rude. I called to follow up with an e-mail I sent the day prior and the owner picks up the phone doesn't greet the phone nice or say who he is or the company for a second I thought I called the wrong number (not a huge deal). I started saying I was interested with getting some work done on my backyard and the entire convo the guy was rude and sounded annoyed the whole time.
