Our basement had a sewage backup due to the Boardman storms last Sunday. We had other cleaning companies come out but couldn't afford the prices they were giving us. My girlfriend and I had a puppy for a year that was not doing very well with the whole “potty training” thing. That being said we used multiple different options on our living room and our dinning room rug but with no luck. After trying another cleaning service and having no luck with getting the stains out we got in contact with John at Xtreme steam who was very fair with pricing and his time to make sure we were satisfied with our carpet and rug after he was finished with the service.
