We bought a Christmas gift, (a Starter Kit) on December 17th. We obtained a gift receipt when we made the purchase. Our son received two kits. We wanted to return one kit and were told no exchanges. We will do our business in Elkins with Ryan Price, a Redcat dealer.

We can exchange that. We also sell electric starter kits for Rc product that we couldn't exchange. That's why I asked. Sorry for confusion. We closed the Morgantown location on Dec 31. Lease was up and American eagle is taking our spot. You can exchange in bridgeport at any time. Please bring receipt so we can scan back into inventory.
Just picked up a pair of riding gloves there. They are working great!!! Have paid a lot more for a lot less in the past. Definitely going to try there first for all my riding and bike needs!!! Thanks, Tim!!!!
Great store, I've gone to that store for over a year now and I love it. I've made 2 purchases so far and hope to do more. It is one of those places where I keep coming back.
Excellent customer service! Im new to the RC scene and they have patiently helped me every time i have bugged them. Even the small stupid stuff! Will def do business there again!
