We have used Xtreme for years, and they have always been prompt, helpful, and reliable. Unfortunately, this has changed in the past year. They now book appointments and don’t show, promise updates that never come, and don’t follow up on calls. It’s extremely frustrating to have a piece of equipment go down, be promised a time, and have it come and go with no follow up. When I call to check in, they don’t even apologize or try to help. I would expect more from someone we’ve done business with for almost 10 years.

Tony, Holly, and the rest of the crew at Xtreme Parts have been unbelievable. I own a business and finding a company who services these commercial appliances is tough because of honesty. Not many company’s are transparent with their charges and it’s tough to know who to trust. Xtreme Parts provided us with a completely different experience.
