Stay away from Xtreme Seal This happened 7 years ago and my wife has since been laughing at me about it every time I complain about her buying expensive, unnecessary things. Finally I have decided to write a review on the few times I was ripped off. In 2016 we had a leakage out of the garage ceiling (directly underneath the bathroom upstairs) and I asked Extream Seal to inspect. DO NOT go with this company! Like other reviewers, my problem returned within 12 months. The company refuses to reply to emails and phone messages. They use lots of rhetoric and make assurances that they cannot uphold. Stating that there is a 25 year guarantee is a farce and they certainly do not honor that promise. For waterproofing of showers, don't go cheap. choose these guys
After discovered a leak and damage behind our shower we got in touch with Xtreme Seal. They were able to get to the bottom of the problem and needed to replace the entire shower. They did a great job of this and were extremely helpful in providing documentation of the whole process and original issues we were then able to provide to our insurance company.
