Recently engaged the services of Xtreme Rope access to complete a repair on a building I manage in Wollongong. Although the repairs were quite small, due to the 3 storey roof location, all building companies I have attend to quote, gave prices exceeding $20,000 (1 at $50,000) due to needing scaffolding and/or cherry pickers.
