Scott is very nice and professional. He does a superb job deep steaming the carpets. The results are excellent. I have used him more then once for my rental unit. He is safe to use.
We'd had an accident with some very tough stains that have been tracked throughout our home and I panicked! I called Xtreme Pro Clean because they have been so highly recommended by my friends. Scott took his time to explain everything efficiently and over my lunch break cleaned all of my problem areas in my home. I have two dogs and I wanted to make sure there weren't any spots. Having a puppy she has had some accidents. He's an individual entity so his prices were WAY better than any other company in the area.
